Our Brabrand Innovation Center forms part of the Aarhus Food & Bio Cluster in Denmark and conducts extensive R&D activities for our Nourish and Health & Bioscience divisions. 

Here we are focused upon food systems research, for example, on plant based alternatives, enzymes R&D, food culture development and application, food pilot plant technology and advanced technology R&D like neuroscience, sensory, food physics, data science, analytical science and OMICS sciences. 

With sustainability-focused innovation embedded in everything we do, in Brabrand we conduct life cycle analysis and research into upcycling of nature's raw materials.
