Our Approach
We explicitly support all internationally recognized human rights standards. Our approach is guided by the U.N.’s Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, the U.N.’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
IFF is a formal signatory of the U.N. Global Compact (UNGC), a strategic policy initiative for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with 10 universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
Policy Center
At IFF, discrimination, child labor and forced or compulsory labor are prohibited, and we expect our vendors to recognize and respect their employees’ rights to freely associate and engage in collective bargaining.
