Legacy Nutrition & Biosciences Subsidiaries
On December 15, 2019, DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (“DuPont”) and International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (“IFF”) announced a definitive agreement for DuPont’s Nutrition & Biosciences (“N&B”) business to combine with IFF (“Merger”). The Merger closed on February 1, 2021. As part of the Merger, various legal entities associated with the N&B business were transferred to IFF including those entities listed below.
IFF is now in the process of transitioning away from use of the DuPont name and logo following the Merger. Throughout this page you will note several legal entities that formerly contained the DuPont name where we have already changed the company name (e.g., those company names with a f/k/a designation). Additional information on anticipated legal entity name changes can be found at the bottom of this page.

Until inventory is depleted and final label and document changes are implemented, customers who purchase from the below IFF companies (directly or indirectly via a distributor) may see changes to names and/or logos on commercial invoices, labels, packaging, shipping documents, product descriptions, certificates (including COAs - certificate of analysis), safety data sheets (SDS) and any other transaction documents. New company names will be reflected on or around November 4, 2023, and new logos may be reflected before that date as we replenish our preprinted packaging supplies. We hereby confirm that all DuPont and IFF logos and legal entity names are valid and can be accepted as normal.
