Our perfumers are artists of the invisible, working behind the scenes of perfumery in the secret of their labs. That is how our Atelier du Parfumeur was born in Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where skills related to perfume have recently been granted UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity status. Our Atelier is a tribute to the art of perfumery, of perfume composition and compounding. On its ground floor is a perfume factory imagined by a master perfumer: It embodies the spirit of haute perfumery.
Each perfume is compounded by hand, by operators trained in the spirit of a trade guild, with skills passed on from generation to generation, upholding the utmost respect for the rules of the art. Its raison d’être is to serve as an artists’ residence, a genuine Villa Medici for perfumery. Our perfumers are invited to break free in a space in which they have added their own personal touches and where each gesture naturally merges technology with artisanship, heritage with modernity.
