H&B works closely with customers to deliver safer, healthier and more sustainable solutions for many products you use every day. Our Madison, WI facility is a strategic site for the manufacturing of:
- Probiotic cultures for human and animal health
- Live starter cultures for fermented food and dairy manufacturing
- Antioxidants for the food industry
- Dairy enzymes for cheesemaking
We also conduct extensive R&D activities in our state-of-the-art innovation center, with a focus on food and dairy science, microbiology, molecular biology, genomics of lactic acid bacteria, and probiotic culture development and application.
