Meet scientist Bart C. Koops

"Since I first learned about the variety and importance of enzymes in nature, I got interested in all the possibilities they can bring to industrial applications. I’m very happy to be able to work with enzyme technology in grain processing every day at IFF, and for being able help improve our products for customer processes."
