I am able to blend my unique biology and business background and apply it to the R&D Portfolio and Project Management Office (PPMO) where I support IFF Businesses in managing their innovation pipelines. I work with global, cross-functional teams to directly impact the R&D Strategy and growth of the company .

Working on a team that can shape the future direction of IFF is powerful and inspiring. I get to work on an R&D team that is looking through a science lens and a business lens. I’m excited to work on a portfolio that is built to create a better world. Every pipeline project is measured against that connection to our purpose.
