MY WORK
Responsible for the global portfolio of feed enzymes and health (includes pre- and probiotics) R&D projects with scientific and strategic responsibility for approximately 65 researchers employed worldwide. R&D representative in the Cross-functional Partnership Team for the animal nutrition and health business.
INSPIRATION
As a biochemist, I have always found it fascinating to understand the functionality of an enzyme or a microbe at the molecular level. I’m proud to have been involved in developing several enzymes that have been commercialized for the Heath & Biosciences food enzymes and animal nutrition businesses. I enjoy building teams and mentoring younger scientists in my area of expertise.
