I design proteins that power the products we use in our everyday lives. Proteins are tremendously versatile, biodegradable molecules and realizing their full potential is key to building a sustainable future. At IFF, we develop technologies to engineer the properties of proteins by tinkering at the atomic level - it's an eclectic mix of chemistry, synthetic biology and computation
