Regional Application Leader – Asia (CTC), Grain Processing Health & Biosciences
Shu Na joined IFF in January 2018 as Regional Application Leader ASPAC in Grain Processing. Before joining IFF, she was Director at the Anchor Center for Certification, focusing on food formulation development. Prior to that, she was Research Manager of Abbott Laboratories, where she conducted breast milk research and HMO study.
Na earned a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from Fudan University and began her career in 2006 as a research scientist at Firmenich Aromatics.
