MY WORK
Since returning to R&D from an assignment in Application Development & Innovation (AD&I) rin Germany, I have spent the last 10 years driving innovation and growth in our core Pharma Solutions business. This has included launches of innovation platforms, as well as countless instances of supporting our customer-facing functions. Most recently, I collaborated on an exploratory effort regarding the biologics landscape and has initiated an exciting project in this space.

The wonderful teammates I work with every day, in Midland and around the world, solving problems that are important to our customers, and delighting the customer with solutions to their problems. It’s gratifying to know that our Pharma Solutions customers are working to improve lives everywhere and I get to be a part of that.
